200 t/h aggregate production line in Nigeria
Recently, our company's 200t/h aggregate processing production line tailored for Nigerian customers was shipped successfully. The main machine of the production line includes ZSW4910 vibrating feeder, PE750*1060 jaw crusher, KLC1300, KLM1160 cone crusher, 4YK2160 vibrating screen, full set of steel structure, belt conveyors. Through a period of communication, the customer highly recognizes our company's products and services. CRUSHING PROCESS
Big raw granite will be fed into jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder. After primary crushing, the material will be fed into secondary crushing machine such as cone crusher for secondary crushing. Usually, we will equip the granite crushing & screening plant with multi-deck vibrating screen. The crushed stone that meet the demands will be transported to the stockpile, the other will be sent back to cone crusher for fineness crushing.
